New Arrival at 2Shopper: Dynomighty Design

November 8, 2012

We’ve all seen it before: the guy with the permanently imprinted square on his back pocket, hiding an ailing wad of what used to be leather. Or maybe you have that one friend who keeps everything from receipts to friends’ baby pictures (who are now in grade school, mind you) in a tightly wound, almost round “wallet”. We can’t say that we blame these people: a functional wallet is just one of those things that we easily overlook, seemingly frivolous or less urgent. Popular wallet material includes nylon, leather, and canvas. But let’s face it: nylon goes hand-in-hand with Velcro, which goes hand-in-hand with playing on a jungle gym and avoiding cooties. Leather can be a great option, but after much use it tends to smell weird and can absorb moisture, especially if you’ve got it packed against your bum. And sure, canvas ones seem all great until you drop it in the toilet (*ahem*….. hey, accidents happen!).

Have you ever considered, oh, I don’t know, maybe the material that express-mail envelopes are made of? Yes, that’s right, Tyvek material!  Think about it: made to resist water, damage, and tearing, PLUS it’s über lightweight while superbly protecting all contents inside.  The result is a highly durable, 100% recyclable wallet that expands with use but never loses its strength or shape. That’s the idea behind Dynomighty Mighty Wallets, available in a vast range of unique designs including a New York City Subway map, a diamond-plated steel pattern, D.I.Y. wallets you can draw on, and even an homage to vintage Black & White 35mm film– the list goes on and on. Dynomighty brings back that element of fun that traditional wallets were missing while maintaining its functionality.  No science is needed to figure that a very durable wallet like the ones below can offer anyone a fun, easy option for organizing all those credit cards and what little cash you tend to carry.

We’ve also added the new collection of Dynomighty tablet and laptop cases to our store!
